Dr. Susan Levy provides expertise in Geriatrics and elderly care to Five Star as a consulting advisor.  Dr. Levy’s extensive and successful background have established her as a unique asset to the Five Star team.

She is a sought after presenter and educator as well as a published author.  Her active involvement in the Geriatric care community has culminated with her recent election to the American Medical Directors Association as their President.

Dr. Levy graduated from the University of Maryland and did her Internal Medicine residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. She completed a geriatric fellowship at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. Dr. Levy is board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine.
