Dr. Teizu Wolokolie, MD, CMD
Chief Medical Officer
As Five Star’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Wolokolie has ultimate responsibility for the council, mentorship and oversight of the Five Star clinical program. As the leader of the clinical team she also directs all quality assurance and compliance programs. Dr. Wolokolie received her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2000. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and entered the long term care setting in 2004. Dr. Wolokolie’s experience and leadership, including multiple Medical Directorships and associations, provides the clinical team with strong guidance that supports her framework for success.
