Vice President of Operations

Lee Maynard joined the Five Star team as Vice President of Operations in 2015. Lee’s role dovetails with the VP of Business Development as it is his responsibility to assure that Five Star delivers on its promises and provides guidance and direction in all aspects of fulfillment, compliance and employee leadership. As the former Vice President of Operations at PrevMED, Lee was instrumental in creating and developing processes, guidelines and procedures that allowed rapid growth as well as maintain compliance with multiple state’s health care laws. Lee has been focused on the long term care community since 2009 working with CMS and other government agencies to assure a strong government / private sector partnership and is dedicated to using developing technologies to improve the cost, quality and availability of health care to all patients.
