As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Five Star, Joan Neuscheler oversees all aspects of the financial services department including financial reporting, accounts management, billing and collections. She interfaces daily with operations management, serves as a leader in strategic and financial planning, and evaluates all opportunities for mergers and acquisitions.
Joan has over twenty-five years as a senior leader in healthcare financial management working with companies through all stages of development providing operational, financial management, human resources, strategic planning and financing strategies. Joan is a member of several professional organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She earned her MBA at Pace University, Lubin School of Business.
